My background is in packaging engineering, with experience across consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, global manufacturing, and luxury new product development. Across more than 100 product and process initiatives, my work centered on protecting value, managing complex processes, and creating the best possible experience for the person on the other side.

My career taught me to look beyond the product itself - to understand what it needs, how it should be presented, and how every decision shapes the experience surrounding it. It also taught me that the best solutions rarely come from a one-size-fits-all approach.

That question eventually led me beyond engineering.

Through firsthand experience in the estate sale industry, I saw families navigating incredibly different circumstances, yet often being offered the same traditional solution. It reinforced something my engineering background had already taught me: when the needs are different, the solution should be too.
